CHRIS TAYLOR, DC, (Hons)B.Kin, Dip. Acu.
CHIROPRACTOR/CLINIC DIRECTOR
Dr. Chris Taylor graduated Summa Cum Laude from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2007 after obtaining his Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2003. During his time at McMaster Chris was a full-time student athlete, competing for the Varsity Men’s Marauders Baseball team during each of his 4 undergraduate years. He is an active member in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
Upon graduating from CMCC, Chris began his professional career in South Australia where he worked in a number of small rural communities providing Chiropractic care. After spending a year working in Australia, Chris returned to Toronto during the summer of 2008 to establish a practice here in Canada. In early 2009, Chris began working at the clinic (formerly Wellington Chiropractic and Massage Therapy Clinic) under then-owner Dr. Blair Lewis. In late 2014, Chris completed the purchase of the clinic, introduced several other disciplines – including Physiotherapy – and rebranded as Wellington Healthcare.
Over his career, Chris has continued to expand his professional capabilities by completing courses in Contemporary Medical Acupucture (McMaster University School of Medicine), Functional Neurodynamics (Prof. Michael Shacklock), Temporomandibular Joint Dysfuntion management and treatment, Functional Range Release (FRR/FRS), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Trigenics Functional Neurology, as well as numerous other continuing education endeavours. He was also the ‘in-house’ Chiropractor and manual therapist for the Canadian Stage Company for several years, treating many dancers, actors and performers.
Outside of professional practice Chris is an avid sports fan, recreational golfer and runner. He and his wife have completed the Around the Bay 30km in Hamilton 5 times and is a 4-time team winner of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) Backswing Charity Golf Tournament. He has also been involved with the Toronto Blue Jays’ Charity, Jays Care Foundation, for several years. When not at the clinic, Chris loves spending time with his wife and identical twin daughters, taking weekends at the family cottage and staying physically active.

JENNIFER VIVEIROS, DC, (Hons) BSc, Dip Acu.
CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Jennifer Viveiros graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2007 after obtaining her Honours BSc. at McMaster University majoring in Exercise Physiology. Jennifer is also an experienced personal trainer, fitness instructor, and yoga teacher.
In 2007 Jennifer travelled to Australia where she practiced in various regional areas working closely with regional football teams, prenatal women, infants and children, and the local pilates and yoga studios.
Over the years she has furthered her studies in neurology to understand vestibular disturbances and headaches, sacro-occipital technique including cranial therapy and acupuncture studies in dry needling and medical acupuncture.
Jennifer is also trained in various chiropractic manipulative/mobilization and soft tissue techniques to treat biomechanical and neurological injuries, including diversified (manual), soft tissue release and neuromuscular techniques.
Jennifer’s clinical experience with diverse populations has been inspiring, and she has a passion for wellness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She believes chiropractic and acupuncture can be an integral part of managing the mechanical, emotional, and neurological imbalances in the body.

URVASHI KRISHNAN, RPT,
REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST, REGISTERED PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Urvashi graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Indraprastha University in India. She has a keen understanding of biomechanics and the physical demands required to achieve performance excellence. With years of clinical experience, knowledge and a high degree of cultural sensitivity, she is experienced in treating orthopedic, soft tissue and sports injuries with a focus in treating clients suffering from whiplash and other injuries due to motor vehicle accidents. She also enjoys working with high-functioning clients dealing with deficits arising from Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions.
Urvashi believes that rehabilitation is a team effort and prides herself in taking time with her patients to ensure they fully understand the injury and treatment plan.
To achieve the best outcome, she uses an individualized treatment approach that incorporates education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, taping, dry needling, and specific exercise prescription.
Urvashi believes in the concept of lifelong learning. She has completed certification courses to further her knowledge in Integrated Dry Needling, K-taping, Pilates, Active Release Therapy and Pelvic Health.
Urvashi has taken advanced training in pelvic health and specializes in treating women with concerns such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary dysfunction, diastasis recti and various pelvic pain conditions including vaginismus, dyspareunia, vulvodynia, and endometriosis. She is experienced in treating women both during and after pregnancy.
When she is not treating patients, Urvashi remains active by practicing kickboxing and lifting weights at the gym. She also enjoys running outdoors and sprinting. She loves eating out and exploring places in the city. Above all, she loves spending time with her family.

NATHALIE SCHEIDEGGER, RMT
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Nathalie graduated with Honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in North York and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has over 10 years’ experience practicing massage therapy and related disciplines and enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary clinic where she can offer the best possible care to her clients.
Nathalie adapts her treatment approach based on each individual client’s needs. She is very experienced, working with clients of all ages and varying degrees of issues/challenges including acute and chronic pain, injury and discomfort, general muscle tension, postural problems, tissue maintenance, stress management, anxiety and depression, relaxation and pre and post-natal massage. Nathalie’s approach is always client-driven and she uses a wide range of modalities such as myofascial release, joint play, stretching, and deep tissue massage. She often prescribes remedial exercises to help clients recover faster.
Nathalie is a sports enthusiast – a seasoned triathlete, golfer, tennis player, and tap dancer! Today, her focus is on rock climbing which she started a few years ago. It has made her a stronger massage therapist and reminds her how important it is to move our joints in all possible ranges – something many of us struggle to achieve, especially when working at a computer eight hours a day.
Nathalie is passionate about helping her clients lead a stronger, healthier, happier and more relaxing life.

CAITI GRIFFIN, RMT
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Caiti graduated from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in 2010 and is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
She brings years of experience to the practice and offers a combination of therapeutic techniques to specialize in deep tissue and sports-based massage. Though deep tissue massage is her specialty, she is also very knowledgeable in performing prenatal massage, myofascial release treatments, trigger point therapy as well as functional exercise to aid with the overall recovery process.
As she feels no two people are alike, Caiti aims to create a massage to suit each person’s individual needs. Whether that is a general relaxation massage to take away life’s daily stresses, or injury prevention and rehabilitation from a past or ongoing issue, Caiti ensures the correct treatment plan is outlined so every treatment meets each individuals’ specific needs.

TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture is excellent for maintaining optimal health of the body and mind. As a form of preventative medicine, attending to minor health concerns is particularly effective along with a healthy lifestyle. Vivian has a high level of expertise with musculoskeletal injuries and/or pain. She has also seen the benefits of acupuncture for relaxation/stress relief, headaches, insomnia, digestive, menstrual and neurological issues, skin conditions, and facial rejuvenation/cosmetic acupuncture.
