COVID19 PROTOCOL

On May 26th, 2020 we received direction from the government of Ontario and our respective colleges (The College of Chiropractors of Ontario, The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) to gradually re-open the clinic! Chiropractic and Physiotherapy services have resumed as of Monday June 1st, followed by Massage Therapy services as of June 8th.

We are working diligently to make physical, logistical and scheduling changes to comply with regulations and ensure the safety of our valued patients, clients, staff and practitioners, notably:

 -updated clinic operating procedures

-revised informed consent

-passive & active health screening

-appropriately spaced appointments to encourage appropriate distancing

-increased sanitization/cleaning measures -hand sanitization stations

-PPE available for staff and clientele

 ***MOST IMPORTANTLY***  In order to maintain the safest possible working environment, we ask a few important things:

 1) ALL CLIENTELE PLEASE WEAR PROTECTIVE FACE COVERINGS WHILE IN THE CLINIC.  All staff will be wearing surgical masks as well.  Masks can be provided for a small fee,       if required.  

 2) ALL CLIENTELE PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE UNITL CALLED IN BY A STAFF MEMBER.  We are doing our absolute best to limit unnecessary interpersonal contact among all parties involved!

 Please be patient with us as we adjust and adapt to our new “normal” in the spirit of health and safety.  We look forward to welcoming you back!!!
